Our gorgeous lakeside pool home is located in Rolling Hills Estate, less then 10 minutes drive from Disney Orlando Florida. Rolling Hills Estate is conveniently placed for those who wish to explore all the many and varied attractions that Florida has to offer. 

With a permanent empty lot on one side and a conservation area and lake at the back, this 4 bedroom, 2 bath home with Pool and Spa, Air-conditioning and Wireless Internet, is one of the few very private villa's in Rolling Hills Estate. 

The Master Bedroom with a King Size Bed , en-suite bath and color TV opens to the fully screened pool area. The second largest room has a Queen Size Bed and color TV. Each of the remaining 2 bedrooms contain two Twin Size Beds. Linens', Bath Towels and Hairdryer are provided.

The living room is fully furnished and includes Play Station 2, HDTV (flat LCD screen), DVD, VCR, HiFi player. 

The spacious Kitchen with family breakfast nook is fully equipped with all major and small appliances, cookware, tableware and utensils. 

In the Laundry room you will find a Washer and Dryer, a vacuum cleaner and an Iron and Ironing Board.

The private pool and spa area are screened. The pool and spa can be heated at additional costs.

Baby crib and high chair are available.                         .

The door of the two Car Garage can be opened with an electric garage door opener.

For your protection and peace of mind a 24 Hr Monitored Alarm System is installed.

For your convenience a safety deposit box is installed and holds a laptop computer with dimensions:  36 cm/14 inch x 26 cm/10 inch

Pets are not allowed. This home is Wheelchair accessible. 

Rolling Hills Estate is a quiet community , one of the closest residential area's near all Disney Theme Parks. Just one mile (5 min drive) from Rolling Hills Estate you will find a grocery store and many restaurants. On Highway US 192 there are shops, restaurants, golf courses, mini golf courses, ATM machine and Walk in Medical Clinic. Celebration Hospital is approximately a 15 minutes drive away.
